San Saba Pecan was established in 1972 in the heart of the pecan belt in the Central Texas city of San Saba, known as the “Pecan Capital of the World”. In February of 2003, San Saba Pecan, under new ownership, became a vertically integrated company that is a primary supplier of shelled pecan products to both domestic and international customers.
In-shell pecans are produced from orchards located in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. These pecans are processed at the shelling facility in San Saba, Texas using some of the most modern and state-of-the-art equipment available in the pecan industry.
For over 38 years, San Saba Pecan has continued to provide the products that meet or exceed the industry standards demanded by its customers. The commitment to quality that has been established by San Saba Pecan has brought it to the forefront as one of the leaders in the pecan industry.
