R.D. “Buddy” Adams – Chief Executive Officer

            Founded San Saba Pecan in 1972 and has been with the company since inception.  A graduate of Texas A&M University, Mr. Adams is actively involved in the industry, having served in several positions with the National Pecan Shellers Association for over 20 years.

James R. “Jim” Ellis – Director of Sales

            Jim has been with San Saba Pecan since 1984.  He has established himself as a market expert and is consulted by many within the industry as well as outside the industry.

B.R. “Sonny” Paddie – Plant Operations Manager

            Sonny brings over 20 years experience in the pecan industry to his position at San Saba Pecan.  He has been with San Saba Pecan since 1995 and was employed previously by another industry-leading sheller.

Keith Shahan – CFO/Controller

            Keith has been with San Saba Pecan since 1995.  Prior to joining San Saba Pecan, he was employed for over 19 years in the banking industry.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
